"Spencer Williams has done an excellent job in tuning my pianos. He is a skilled piano technician who's 'Old School Craftsmanship' is methodically and lovingly given to every detail of the instrument.   Spencer is one of those very special tuners who can make a piano sound and play as beautifully as possible."
